Dates and Time to be Decided
With Dawn
During this trying time, we are all feeling the stress of our world. For those working on site, the new requirements and changing expectations may take a toll. For those home, the isolation from coworkers and friends can be equally challenging. We are all struggling to make sense in a world of uncertainty. Our anxieties are growing. You may also feel fine today, and tomorrow the world is on top of you. This workshop will help each person examine stressors and work towards building strategies to take care of ourselves.
