The following are vendors we use for center supplies. Each vendor has slightly different rules. All orders are submitted to Melissa Poirier, Food Service Coordinator following the procedures outlined.
Please Submit all Central Paper orders to Melissa, Food Service Coordinator, by 12pm on Tuesdays if your site needs items. Orders will typically be received in 24 - 48 hours.

Please submit all orders to Melissa, Food Service Coordinator, by 12pm on Tuesdays for a Friday delivery.

Please review the below document for suggested quantities of items to have on hand at each center. Please keep these par levels in mind when completing your orders.
Food Service Staff should follow procedures as outlined from the Food Services Coordinator for orders. All kitchens must submit orders to the Food Service Coordinator by Tuesday at 12pm (except for Greenville, Friday at 12pm and Derry, Monday 12pm).
Granite state produce
Manchester, Derry, and Nashua Kitchens should submit produce orders to the Food Service Coordinator at the same time as their PFG orders.
